Ordering a new Business Sign
The process of ordering a new business sign is simple. We’ll guide you through the process in 5 simple steps:
Step 1: Site Survey & Consultation

Step 2: Custom Sign Quote
Based on the outcome of the consultation and your requirements, we will prepare a custom quote for your new sign. All signs that we fabricate are custom and therefore we’ll require 48 hours on average, to provide you with a quote.
Step 3: Design Proof
Once the quote is approved by you, we will proceed with a design proof for your sign. The design proof includes a mock-up (to scale) of your new business sign for your review. Furthermore the design proof includes the materials used for the sign and the custom colors. We will only proceed to the next step if the design proof is approved and you are satisfied with the design.
Step 4: Permit Application
A permit application is only required for outdoor signs. For example, if you are ordering a new vehicle wrap, lobby sign, wall wrap or ADA signs, a sign permit is not required by your local municipality.
The permit application is a formal process and Sign Partners will take care of the full process. Being a state licensed contractor making us the perfect partner for your sign permit. The timeline of the permit approval depends on the city and can be between 4 – 8 weeks.
Step 5: Signage Fabrication
Upon approval of the sign permit we will start the fabrication of the sign. We won’t be able to start the fabrication of your custom business sign until the sign permit is approved. This in order to make sure that the sign is exactly fabricated according to the approved sign permit.
Step 6: Business Signs Installation
Last but not least! The installation of your brand new sign! Together with you (and possibly your landlord) we will schedule the installation, making sure it’s convenient for all parties involved.
